Commissioner Recruitment
From time to time we will use our website to initiate the recruitment process for new Commissioners. The recruitment process will. be overseen by Perth & Kinross Council and the information provided by you will be used by Perth & Kinross Council to process your application for the voluntary position of Commissioner.
The personal information you’ve provided will be processed by Perth and Kinross Council, 2 High Street, Perth, PH1 5PH, enquiries@pkc.gov.uk , 01738 475000. It will also be accessed and reviewed by the existing Commissioners as part of the application process.
Perth & Kinross Council is permitted to process your personal data in this way in order to record and process details of your application for a voluntary role for an organisation that is overseen by the Council. Formally, the processing of personal data provided to us for this purpose satisfies Article 6 (1) (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation – Processing shall be lawful to the extent that: processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. In this instance, the contract is the contract of serving as a voluntary Commissioner.
